The Grand Suite Condo Rental Prices

WEEKEND:
$500.00+ tax per night for 8 people or less.
$35.00+ tax per night per additional adult after minimum.
$20.00+ tax per child 8-12 year olds per night after minimum.
7 and under FREE.

WEEKDAY:
$350.00+ tax per night for a 8 people or less.
$35.00+ tax per night per additional adult after minimum.
$20.00+ tax per child 8-12 year olds per night after minimum.
7 and under FREE.

Minimums: 2-night stay on weekends, Memorial – Labor Day

3-night stay on holiday weekends.

Weekend rates apply May-September. Weekday rates will be honored most weekends, October-April, when we are open.

• Bed and bath linens are provided
• Full kitchen – A limited amount of kitchenware and eating utensils are provided

• 2 night minimum stay required on weekends Memorial Day-Labor Day
• Advance payment in full is required to confirm all lodging reservations by Missouri rivers in Leasburg, Missouri.
• There are no rainchecks on lodging by the Courtois, Huzzah, or Meramec River.
• Cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reductions made within 7 days of scheduled arrival date are non-refundable in part or whole.
• Security/damage deposit is required.
• Check-in for all camping and lodging begins at 3:00pm on the scheduled date of your arrival, so that our floaters can get on the water efficiently, and we can have everything prepared for you. If you go to the site or check-in early, additional fees may be charged — if the unit or site is even available.
• Check-out for all camping and lodging is no later than 11:00am on the date of your departure.
• Ozark Outdoors cannot be responsible for guest property loss or damages, natural or unnatural while on our grounds
• No smoking in any lodging units — Violators will be fined and/or ejected from resort property

• Cutting, marring, or other damage to Ozark Outdoors trees will result in fines equalling $150.00 per diameter inch.
• Resort Speed Limit – 10 MPH
• Damages to any Ozark Outdoors property is subject to financial penalty, to be determined by management, and/or followed with prosecution to the full extent of the law.
