  • Three double mattresses – sleeps up to six.
  • Bed and bath linens are NOT provided.
  • Restroom and standing shower inside.
  • Mini-fridge, microwave, small sink, and dinette table.
  • Kitchenware and eating utensils are not provided.
  • Advance payment in full is required to confirm all reservations.
  • There are no rainchecks on lodging by the Huzzah, Courtois, & Meramec.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reductions made within 7 days of scheduled arrival date are non-refundable in part or whole.
  • Check-in for all camping and lodging begins at 3:00pm on the scheduled date of your arrival, so that our floaters can get on the water efficiently, and we can have everything prepared for you. If you go to the site or check-in early, additional fees may be charged — if the unit or site is available.
  • Check-out for all camping and lodging is no later than 11:00am on the date of your departure.
  • Security/damage deposit is required.
  • Quiet hours 11:00pm-7:00am
  • Air conditioning and heat
  • Picnic table/Charcoal barbecue grill/Fire ring outside each unit
  • Pets are allowed inside these cabins, but must be on a leash and under owner’s control at all times.
  • No smoking under any circumstances — violators will be fined and may be asked to leave resort.
  • Cutting, marring, or other damage to Ozark Outdoors trees will result in fines equalling $150.00 per diameter inch.
