$500.00+ sales tax per night for 8 person or less occupancy.
$35.00+ sales tax per night per additional adult.

  • Check-in for all camping and lodging begins at 3:00pm on the scheduled date of your arrival, so that our floaters can get on the water efficiently, and we can have everything prepared for you. If you go to the site or check-in early, additional fees may be charged — if the unit or site is even available.
  • Check-out for all camping and lodging is no later than 11:00am on the date of your departure.
  • 2 night minimum stay required on weekends Memorial Day-Labor Day, in Leasburg, Missouri.
  • Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay for all guests of Ozark Outdoors.
  • Advance payment in full is required to confirm all cabin rentals in Missouri reservations.
  • There are no rainchecks on lodging in Leasburg, Missouri.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reductions made within 7 days of scheduled arrival date are non-refundable in part or whole. 
  • Security/damage deposit is required.
  • Ozark Outdoors cannot be responsible for guest property loss or damages, natural or unnatural while on our grounds
  • No smoking in any lodging units — Violators will be fined and/or ejected from resort property
  • Pets are not allowed in units
  • Propane barbecue grill outside each unit

  • Quiet hours are 11:00pm-7:00am
  • Cutting, marring, or other damage to Ozark Outdoors trees will result in fines equalling $150.00 per diameter inch.
